Welcome to Steep South Co. This website is operated by Steep South Brands, LLC, doing business as Steep South Co. (“Steep South,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern purchases through our website and your use of our website and its content.

Please review these terms and our Privacy Policy before placing an order. Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy provide additional information about purchases. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, submit fraudulent orders, or use another person’s payment information without authorization. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and notifying us of suspected unauthorized use.

To place an order, you must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement or act with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

We aim to describe and photograph our apparel, hats, and other merchandise accurately. Screen settings, lighting, and production variations may cause slight differences in color or appearance. Size charts are provided as a guide; fit may vary by product or manufacturer. Please review the description, sizing information, and care instructions before purchasing.

Products are subject to availability. We may update or discontinue products and limit quantities for legitimate business reasons. These provisions do not excuse materially inaccurate descriptions or limit your rights if an item is defective or does not match what you ordered.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed before you complete checkout. Price changes apply to future purchases and do not retroactively change accepted orders.

You agree to provide accurate billing, payment, shipping, and contact information and confirm that you are authorized to use your selected payment method. Orders are subject to payment authorization.

If we discover a material pricing or listing error affecting your order, we will contact you and, where permitted by law, offer the corrected information for your approval or cancel the affected item and promptly refund any payment collected for it. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.

An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order; it does not guarantee product availability or acceptance. We accept your order when we send a shipment confirmation or notify you that it is ready for pickup, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier.

We may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as unavailable inventory, unsuccessful payment, suspected fraud, or a material listing error, subject to applicable law. If we cancel a paid order, we will notify you and promptly refund the amount due.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact shop@steepsouth.com as soon as possible. We will review your request, but changes may not be possible once fulfillment has begun. This does not affect cancellation or refund rights provided by law.

Please review our Shipping Policy and any processing information shown on the product page or at checkout. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Preorder and made-to-order items may have different shipping schedules, which will be disclosed before purchase.

We will ship within the timeframe stated when you order or, if no timeframe is stated, within the period required by applicable law. If we cannot ship on time, we will notify you and offer the required choice of consenting to a delay or canceling for a prompt refund. We will cancel and refund unshipped merchandise when required by law.

Carrier delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. If a package is delayed, missing, damaged, or marked delivered but not received, contact us so we can help investigate and determine an appropriate resolution. A carrier scan does not waive any rights you have under applicable law.

Please verify your shipping address before checkout. If an incorrect address you provide causes a package to be returned or requires reshipment, we may ask you to pay reasonable additional shipping charges disclosed before reshipment.

Our Return and Refund Policy explains eligibility, deadlines, merchandise condition, return shipping responsibilities, and refund procedures. Please review it before ordering.

Any restrictions for custom, personalized, or final-sale items will be disclosed before purchase. Those restrictions do not remove rights available under applicable law for defective, misdescribed, or incorrectly supplied merchandise.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact shop@steepsouth.com promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs may help us resolve the concern.

Promotions and discount codes are subject to the eligibility requirements, dates, exclusions, and other conditions stated with the offer. Codes cannot be combined unless the offer permits it. Changes to a promotion apply prospectively and do not alter a valid discount already applied to an accepted order.

Giveaways or contests, when offered, are governed by their separate official rules.

Content on this website, including original designs, photographs, graphics, logos, and text, belongs to Steep South or its respective owners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may browse the website and use its content for personal shopping purposes.

Except as permitted by law or with the rights holder’s permission, you may not reproduce, sell, modify, or commercially use protected content.
